Americans with Disabilities Act

TMS and ISS strongly support the federal Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), which prohibits discrimination against, and promotes public accessibility for those with disabilities. In support of and compliance with this Act, we ask those attendees of the MS&T '03 requiring specific equipment or services indicate their needs by contacting the TMS Meeting Services Department at telephone (724) 776-9000, ext. 243, and advise of any specific requirements in advance.

Audio and Visual Recording Policy

TMS and ISS reserve the rights to any audio and video reproduction of all presentations at every TMS and ISS sponsored meeting. Recording of sessions (audio, video, still photography, etc.) intended for personal use, distribution, publication, or copyright without the express written consent of TMS or ISS and the individual authors is strictly prohibited. Contact the TMS Programming Department to obtain a copy of the waiver release form.

Authors' Coffee

Authors’ Coffee will be held each morning from 7:00AM – 8:00AM for authors, chairs, and organizers. Presenting authors are asked to attend Authors’ Coffee only on the morning of their presentation.
