Exhibit Dates and Hours:

Exhibit Move-in:

* Sunday, October 15	1 to 5 p.m.
Monday, October 16	8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Exhibit Move-out:

* Wednesday, October 18	5 to 10 p.m.
Thursday, October 19	8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
(Floor must be cleared by 4 p.m. on Thursday, and all trucks must be checked in for freight pickup by 2 p.m.) * Labor rates on Sunday (all day) and Wednesday (evening) are double time. These specific days are not mandatory.

Rental Rate:

Single booth measures 10'x10' or 100 sq. ft.
10'x10' Booth $2,650

Utilities:

Cold water and drain.
Compressed air.
Natural gas (limited locations).
Electricity: 110 volt, 208 volt (single- and three-phase), 460 volt (single- and three-phase) — available in designated areas. All power from ceiling.

Building Details:

Exhibit Hall A

Floor finish — concrete.
Ceiling height — 34'3" high bay; 19' low bay.
Floor load capacity — unlimited. (For heavy equipment requests, contact show management.)
Access doors — 14 enclosed receiving docks with three low docks and 11 dock levelers. Each door is 19'5"w x 16'7"h.
Column free.

Booth Rental Rate Includes:

Draped 8' back wall and 3' side rails.
I.D. sign: 44"w x 7"h, black and white (company name and booth #).
Corporate technical session badge allotment based on the following scale:
- 100–200 net sq. ft. = 1 badge.
- 300–400 net sq. ft. = 2 badges.
- 500–600 net sq. ft. = 3 badges.
- 700+ net sq. ft. = 4 badges.
Complimentary exhibition passes.
General security.
Product listing in show directory.
Electronic listing of registrants following event.
