MS&T Proceedings Information and Instructions

  • One all-encompassing proceedings CD-ROM will be produced and included in the full-registration fee.
  • In addition to the CD-ROM, papers will also be grouped in print volumes according to the conference themes. These print versions will not be included in the registration fee, but will be available for purchase prior to the conference and onsite at a discounted price.
  • Please try to keep paper submission between 8-12 pages in length; abstracts will not be a substitute for a full papers.
  • First drafts of papers are due June 2, 2006; final drafts will then be due July 7, 2006 and no papers will be accepted for publication after this date.
  • Every effort should be made by symposia organizers to publish on the CD-ROM and the resulting print proceedings from the CD. Any deviation from this procedure must be approved by the representatives of the organizing societies.

LaTeX
Instructions for LaTeX Template Instructions regarding the use of the LaTeX Template.
LaTeX Template Contains the code necessary for the proper layout, section commands, etc.
LaTeX Paper Works in conjunction with the template (via the "\input" command) and will be used as the starting point for your papers. Be sure to download and save both of the files to the same folder.
