Students: To qualify for the reduced student registration fee, you must be under the age of 35 with a valid (current) student ID. Please be prepared to present a current school ID when picking up your badge on-site. If you are found not to be a Student, you will be charged the full conference fee.
What Does Your Registration Include?
When you register for the full MS&T conference, your registration fee includes:
- Access to all technical sessions and poster sessions
- Admission to the MS&T Partners’ Welcome Reception
- Electronic access to conference proceedings
- Full access to the exhibit hall, including contests and activities
- Admission to the Exhibitor Networking Reception
- Tickets for lunch in the exhibit hall on Tuesday and Wednesday
- Complimentary memberships in ACerS, AIST, TMS, if selected, for nonmembers only (non-member students receive one free year of Material Advantage membership)
Badge Pick-Up and Onsite Conference Registration Hours
Advance and onsite conference registrants may pick up badges at the registration area at the Oregon Convention Center during the following hours:
Sunday, September 29 - Noon to 5:00 p.m.
Monday, September 30 - 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Tuesday, October 1 - 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Wednesday, October 2 - 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Thursday, October 3 - 7:00 a.m. to Noon
